Tender Holder
Creates tenders, adds products, sets closing dates, approves participants, compares confidential offers, and awards the tender.
Authorised Personnel
Appointed by the tender holder with granular permissions — view offers, manage participants, communicate with suppliers, or award tenders.
Supplier / Participant
Browses eligible tenders, downloads documents, asks questions, and submits confidential offers — never seeing competitors or their prices.
Flexible pricing formats
Option A
Price per unit
e.g. $12.40 per skin, multiplied over the tendered quantity.
Option B
Total tender price
A single all-inclusive offer for the entire tender lot.
Option C
Price per product
Individual pricing for each product line in a multi-product tender.
Option D
Unit + total
Suppliers submit both a unit price and a combined total for full comparability.
You choose who participates
Public
Anyone who meets the requirements can participate.
Registered users
Limited to verified, registered platform members.
Approved suppliers
Only suppliers individually approved by the tender holder.
Invitation only
Fully private — only specifically invited suppliers can view or offer.
